Famous Designer and entrepreneur Kathleen Kirkwood designed Pints-of-Pads®, the original clip-on shoulder pad, in 1983. Which has been a favorite of Politician's, Movie Stars, News Casters and 15 Million Women to date!
Pints-of-Pads® features Kathleen's designer shoulder pads in the original colors: honey vanilla, licorice, mocha and strawberry. The original Pint artwork was recently commissioned by Bloomingdales and QVC for a limited edition re-release of that famous ice cream pint, filled with her designer collection of shoulder pads.
Kathleen's step to fame began in the early 80s as a young model anxious to have her wardrobe look as modern as possible. She invented a way to use Velcro to attach her shoulder pads to her bra which instantly upgraded her clothing, and made her look thinner! And what a success they have been to date.
