Do you ship to my country?
  We Now Accept Orders From All Countries!
What are my payment choices?
 
  • We accept the following forms of payment on international orders: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We may request additional information to verify legitimacy of your order.

  • We Do Not accept bank transfers, checks, or money orders on international orders.

  • Orders shipped outside the United States and Canada can only be shipped to the billing address of the Credit card.

  • Prior to processing international orders we verify your name and billing/shipping address with your credit card company.

  • Some credit card companies will not verify the names and addresses of their customers, this may delay or prevent us from processing your order.

  • American Express is the preferred credit card for international transactions, they will verify your name and address, which will prevent any delays relating to name and address verification.

    How long will it take for you to ship my order?
      First, we need to verify your credit card billing/shipping address. (This step can take up to a week)

    Then, if the your order is in stock it will ship it immeadiately. If your order isn't in stock we will order it from the manufacturer and ship it as it becomes available. We will notify you via email if your order is backordered.
    What are your international shipping charges?
      We ship "Airmail Letter Post" using the United States Postal System for all international orders, the minimum shipping cost is $4.99 USD.

    Shipping charges to Canada and Mexico are at a flat rate of $4.99 per order.

    Shipping charges to all other countries are based on the weight of the package and the distance being shipped.

    Will I have to pay any customs duties or taxes on my international order?
      You will not have to pay any United States State Sales Tax. You may have to pay customs duties or taxes in your country; they are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
