ARTHRITIS BRA CLOSURE INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare to fasten: Put on as you would any front-closure bra. Insert thumb or index finger of left hand through hanging loop on the left front. Press your left hand, palm to stomach, above waist to anchor. Fasten: Insert one finger of the right hand through the vertical loop on the right side of bra (again, palm towards body). First, use the palm of your hand to fasten the lower hook. Then use the side of finger, which you inserted in the right loop, to fasten the middle and top hook. Press to secure velcro bands. Release: Insert fingers into appropriate loops as described in steps one and two. Crisscross hands in front of chest using downward movement and light pressure to release hooks as shown.
