PUTTING IT ON: (Do it yourself with 3 easy steps)
Step1. Before putting bra on, loosen straps enough so when you bring them together there is no discomfort. This will make the straps long enough to create a criss cross effect when put together with the Strapper.
Step2. Then working behind your neck, hold the Strapper like an "H" and weave your strap around one arm of the Strapper . Switch hands and do the same to the opposite side .
Step3. Slide down with fingers and find your comfort zone.

Strapper - my problem	October 17, 2007

I have bought a package (it contained 3 items, not 3 pairs), and I can only use them if someone is there to attach them for me. If I pull the straps up, the thing comes off on the way down... Any hints on how to do it yourself?
