    IMPORTANT REMINDER:
  • For best results, select the girdle that corresponds to your correct size. Using a smaller size will not obtain the desired shaping.  
  • Fit might be too tight, if you're not used to firm compression garment. Comfort will take place after a couple of minutes or after a couple of times wearing it. We suggest a size bigger from the chart if you don't want it firm and prefer moderate compression.

    This cincher is not for the faint of heart. It fits but when they say HIGH compression they mean it. This is my second Squeem purchase. I love the product line but this one started falling apart soon after purchase. First one corner on the bottom tore off, then one of the hook closures came off so I had to use it without one for the longest. Then it finally just tore as I was putting it on and had to threw it away. It also caused a lot of abrasions and skin marks. I immediately purchased one of the cotton/rubber cincher (no shoulder straps). It fits much better and I have had no problems with skin abrasions. .

    after a surgical intervention,I lost 7 kgr, what was a good thing.To keep my new weight, I used my rubber squeem body shaper and now after 6 months, wearing my girdle 3 a 4 hours a day, l still have the same weight and am very happy.
