  • To wear, start from the bottom hook and work your way up to the top.  Chart below shows an approximate measurement.

    IMPORTANT REMINDER:
  • For best results, select the girdle that corresponds to your correct size. Using a smaller size will not obtain the desired shaping.  
  • Fit might be too tight, if you're not used to firm compression garment. Comfort will take place after a couple of minutes or after a couple of times wearing it. We suggest a size bigger from the chart if you don't want it firm and prefer moderate compression.

    Use Instructions:
    Hook it up from bottom to top and unhook from top to bottom.
    Do not pull hooks when removing the garment.
    Warning: sharp objects or long fingernails may damage your product.

    Care Instructions:
  • Wash before using to avoid skin irritations.
  • Do not machine wash. Use damp cloth to clean it.
  • Line-dry in the shade.
  • Do not bleach. Do not machine dry.
  • Do not use any kind of cream or gel while wearing this product.

    I've  received my sqeem rubber waist cincher last week.  I loved it, first we fought  to get it to close.  I looked great and and felt so comfortable I  did'nt take it off until the middle of the  next morning.Another advantage is my waist cincher reduce my food intake, there no  way i was able to consume my regular intake I now have a STOP SIGN placed on my waist.

    This product is one of the best shapewear products I have ever bought, it is excellent for larger women who want to have a better silhouette under their clothes.

    It fits very snugg and does not move around under no circumstances, very comfortable to wear, almost seems like a second skin.  It has cotton on the inside that lies against your skin, and rubber on the outside that makes clothes stay put and not move around like some other smooth material shapewear.

    Absolutely great for the abdomin, as it seems to disappear under your clothes once this cincher is in place, can be worn even under body fitting clothes such as lycra!

    This item is incredible you will have to wear one to beleive it, make sure you buy one waist size smaller for a fantastic hugging fit.

    I received the girdles last tuesday and was very pleased , they fit perfectly.Years ago J wore playtex rubber girdles and was very happy to find laurensilva, tobe again in a very good rubber girdle.The price was extremely fair.
