I ordered this bra and had to stand in line at the post office for 45 minutes to get the package because they make you sign for it. After I returned home I opened the package and found the box the bra came in completely smashed and mangled. The bra inside the box was in even worse condition. It had obviously been worn before as the adhesive strips were dirty and the covers for the strips had obviously been removed before. Also the bra itself was worn and stitching was starting to come out. I also found that the tag that was suppose to be inside the bra had been cut off. I can't believe a company would send out such a disgusting product when it had obviously been used before. I plan on contacting the health board. I also think it is ridiculous that they may not even take my return. I wish I could have been able to have this bra and now I'm going to be $40 poorer and they will be $40 richer due to the cost of the bra and shipping! Lauren Silva's Response: We apologized for this experience. When we received your email regarding this matter, we sent you a pre-paid return label and offered a refund. We do not accept returns with adhesive, we will surely look into this once we receive the item back. Used items shouldn't have been sent to any customers, since we do not accept such return. Again, we apologize for this inconvenience.
