ORDERING AND SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Time
LaurenSilva.com guarantees same day/next business day shipping on all brands and products sold in this site, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Options
LaurenSilva.com currently ships all orders using the United States Post Office (USPS). The following shipping options are available:
- First Class Mail (US, Canada and Mexico) – We charge a flat rate of $4.99 per order.
- Priority Mail (US only) – We charge $6.99 per order.
- Express Mail Overnight (US only) – We charge estimated cost between $16.00 - $25.00, depending on weight, type of packaging and postal zone. Please call our Customer Service Hotline to request the Express Mail service.
International Shipping
For international shipping, LaurenSilva.com accepts payments in the following forms: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal and American Express. We do not accept bank transfers, checks or money orders on international orders.
Prior to processing international orders, we will have to verify your name and billing/shipping address with your credit card company. We may also request additional information to verify the legitimacy of your order.
Shipping charges to Canada and Mexico are at a flat rate of $4.99 per order. International shipping charges are based on weight and distance shipped. Minimum shipping cost is US$4.99 using USPS for all orders.
Sales Tax
As per government regulation, LaurenSilva.com will collect sales tax on purchases shipped within the State of New York. We do not charge tax for purchases shipped to any other states or countries.
Credit Card Charge
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to the shipment of your order/s.
Tracking Your Order
Click on the “My Account” menu to track your order status. You should receive a Package Tracking Number detailing when your order has been shipped.
If you have not received your package after the shipment date, click on “My Account” and check if your order and all items in your order display Package Tracking Numbers. If your package and each of its items contained therewith show a status of “Delivered”, please contact the Customer Service Hotline for assistance.
