I am writing from Canada. I am a large woman with even larger breasts, and I have alot of trouble finding any bras in my size. I wear a 42H. I was looking for bras in my home town, and the Goddess bras in my size cost $110 each. I work a physically demanding job, and need a different bra for every day of the week, so to buy enough it would have been $770 dollars!!! I am so glad I found your website, I got the exact same bra for around $35 each, and they were delivered within two weeks. WOW!!! They are the most comfortable bra that I have ever owned, and the microfibre feels amazing. I cannot say enough about your service! Body: I placed an order with this company on Saturday, the 22nd of May. On June 2nd, I was concerned about why I had not received the package. I was unable to figure out anything using the website. Later that day I received an e-mail from the USPS stating that my package had been shipped First Class. For a package weighing less than half a lb, I have to say Im quite disappointed that it took nearly two weeks to get to me, and I was never told why it took so long for them to process my order. I will order from them again, because their prices a good and their products are high quality... but, I will not expect much when it comes to having my order in a timely fashion.

Body: This is actually the third time I have ordered merchandise from Lauren Silva. They have excellent prices, but as a Canadian, what clinched it for me was the shipping prices to Canada. I have done a lot of internet purchasing, and shipping outside of the US is typically expensive, and largely negates any saving you might get. Merchant communication is good, with a confirmation of the order, and a shipping notification. In my experience, this is a great company to deal with, and I will be ordering from them again.

I was also alerted immediately that one particular item that I requested would be delayed.(It is always nice to be forwarned as apposed to being upset when your items dont arrive in one shipment.) The items were shipped in the 4 - 7 business days as promised and that is great considering it had to clear Canadian customs first. Lauren Silva was the only US store I found online that carried this brand, style and model, all the other sites were based out of the UK. The price was in line with other sites selling similar products. The only thing I could complain about was the lack of instant gratification. It said on the site even before I placed my order that the item would ship in 2 weeks (2 weeks! – but they probably had to get it from the UK first : ) , but it did, I got an email 2 weeks later, telling me it had shipped. I even think the return policy was good (though I didn’t return it), I checked it out before I placed my order because buying bras online is tricky. I was a little hesitant to buy online from a store I was unfamiliar with but it worked out just great and I will not hesitate to buy from Lauren Silva or other Yahoo Merchants in the future.
