    This is a very high quality,  very firm garment when worn acts as a subtle reminder to  pay closer attention to what I eat.  I am glad the sizes run a little small. My goal is to loose enough weight to buy another one in the next smaller size. One has to wear it every day and of course add a little exercise to make it all happen. It is the best all around compression garment and I love wearing it.  My wife says I look great in it. Makes my cloths fit better and improves my posture. What more can I ask for? Well done Annette!
